Our carotid artery ultrasound uses a probe placed against the skin, which uses sound waves to create detailed images of the major vessels supplying blood to your brain. A computer then constructs images on a screen, providing a clear visualization of the artery’s structure. We also utilize Doppler ultrasound to measure blood flow in the carotid artery, helping us identify any areas of narrowing or stenosis. Thyroid Ultrasound

Our thyroid ultrasound service involves placing a probe on the skin of the neck, which uses sound waves to created detailed images of the thyroid gland. This non-invasive procedure is crucial in diagnosing various thyroid conditions, such as:

• Thyroid cancer: Easily seen with ultrasound, suspicious nodules in the thyroid gland can be evaluated for cancer. Thyroid cancer can typically be easily treated at its earliest stages.
